“Mesner Development Co. is a real estate development and property/asset management firm located in Central City, Nebraska. We specialize mainly in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) housing. Mesner Development Co. has developed housing units all across Nebraska and Kansas. We also have experience developing Motels, Commercial Real Estate, Single Family and Multi-family Housing.
Mesner Development Co. is always looking for new and efficient ways to include energy saving materials and techniques in the housing stock we build. The attached photos are some of the materials, techniques that are “standard equipment” in our units.

The Mesner Development Team will tailor the design and financing structure of the project to meet the needs of the community and tenants it serves. As developers, Mesner Development Co. will:
